St. Luke’s Patient Karen Kozlowski on Conversation

By Dr. David C. Pate, News and Community
September 6, 2016

Here’s the fourth part of my conversation with St. Luke’s patient Karen Kozlowski, and although she is not speaking directly to the subject of patient-centeredness, she is giving us input as to what it means to her and how she has or hasn’t experienced it.

Do you hear allusions to “Spend time with me,” “Care about me,” “Ask me what matters to me,” “Listen to me” and “Explain things to me?”
