This class is designed for expectant parents and helps you and your partner prepare physically and emotionally for breastfeeding. We’ll build your confidence by offering support for getting started, as well as solutions for common problems and advice on family adjustments and nutrition.

During this one night class, you will learn all of the basics and how tos of caring for your newborn. We will cover comforting, diapering, bathing, feeding, cord care, and sleeping. We will also discuss immunizations, circumcision for boys, jaundice, and car seats.
