This estimate covers St. Luke’s hospital charges, but does not include physician charges. This estimate does not include professional fees for services such as those provided by a radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist, nurse practitioner or other independent practitioner outside the St. Luke’s Health System.
Your financial responsibility will be dependent on your insurance plan. Some insurance companies provide online estimator tools to help you calculate what your out-of-pocket obligation may be, based on your own benefits. All claims are subject to the carrier’s medical review according to the information submitted by the provider of service and are subject to eligibility at the time of service, benefit maximums and other terms of the member’s contract.
