Please note that these are only estimates—your final charges may vary based on your condition, any complications, medications, equipment, the care you receive, and the time spent in surgery or recovery. Your actual costs will also depend on your insurance coverage.
Estimates for services being performed at a St. Luke's facility can be requested at (208) 814-7550, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., MST. We will need the appropriate CPT code to assist you, which you can obtain from your provider.
