We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, in-state Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and others. All St. Luke’s hospitals and facilities accept the plans below, except where noted. St. Luke's Boise/Meridian includes outreach hospital services in Boise, Meridian, Nampa/Caldwell, Baker City, Fruitland, and Mountain Home.
Insurance plans have contracts with health providers and facilities to lower your out-of-pocket expense. Please verify with your insurance carrier that St. Luke's is an in-network facility/provider and that the planned services are covered by your individual plan's benefits.
