Paying your bill

Thank you for choosing St. Luke's. We’re dedicated first and foremost to your recovery and best health. We're committed to making it as easy and convenient as possible for you to understand and pay your bills.

When you receive a bill requesting payment, full payment is expected. Payments can be made online, by mail, over the phone or in person. Payments are accepted in the form of personal checks, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) and cash.

St. Luke’s Bill Pay simplifies the billing process with convenient online tools to manage your bills, putting you in control of when and how you pay.

With St. Luke’s Bill Pay, you can view all your accounts in one place online, choose a monthly payment amount that fits your budget, and consolidate your account with others in your family to one statement and one payment per month. Statements are delivered electronically, for a paperless billing experience.

    Payments can be made at any St. Luke's facility (with the exception of facilities in Emmett, New Meadows and LaGrande).

    As a not-for-profit, community-owned health system, we care for all who come through our doors, regardless of their ability to pay.

    Please let us know if you need help paying your medical bills. You may qualify for a payment plan or financial assistance.
