Intensive Lifestyle Medicine Program

Lifestyle medicine empowers you with knowledge and skills to help you achieve better overall health and greater quality of life. Intensive lifestyle interventions have been shown to prevent, treat, manage, or even reverse many serious conditions, such as diabetes and prediabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, mild cognitive impairment, osteoarthritis, autoimmune issues, depression, and more.

Our Services

We will work with you to create an individual care plan tailored to your unique needs. It will include some or all of the following services, in group or individual visits.

  • Medical appointments
  • Measurements, lab draws, and surveys
  • Individual health coaching
  • Nutrition and cooking classes
  • Medically supervised group exercise (in-person)
  • Individual virtual exercise evaluation and prescription
  • Stress resilience and emotional wellness classes
  • Behavior change classes
  • Healthy sleep management
  • "Sustain your change" health coaching

Lifestyle Medicine Benefits

Your program will last for 6-12 months, depending on your level of participation.
