Due to the overwhelming surge in COVID-19 cases and the strain it has placed on health care capacity in the communities we serve, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has activated crisis standards of care statewide. We are open and available to see patients, but you may experience delays at our ERs, hospitals, and clinics. We appreciate your patience. Access more info on COVID testing, vaccination, visitor policy, hospitalization data, and FAQs.

  • You can sign up anytime.
  • You can be part of our "Sustain Your Change" support group after six months, where you can share tips, experiences, and encouragement with your peers.

Getting Started

At the core of lifestyle medicine is the idea that there are six areas—or pillars—that form the foundation of your health:

  • Nutrition
  • Physical activity
  • Stress management
  • Improved sleep
  • Positive relationships
  • Avoiding toxic substances

You may choose to focus on all these areas or on a few. We will help you determine your best path forward.

The first step toward a healthier you begins with an information session at St. Luke's Clinic – Lifestyle Medicine in Meridian. Call us to find a session that works for you.

Your program will last for 6-12 months, depending on your level of participation.
