This class is designed to help participants discover their motivation for change, develop short- and long-term goals for living a healthy lifestyle, and learn evidence-based strategies to eliminate unhelpful habits and develop new healthy habits.
This class was developed to complement the Change Your Mindset class as well as other behavior change oriented skills learned from health coaching and emotional wellness classes. This series is taught by psychologist Dr. Kyle Davis.
This class is designed to help participants develop a growth mindset in relationship to living a healthy lifestyle.
The class teaches individuals skills to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more helpful ways of thinking about food and physical activity choices. If you ever find yourself having negative thoughts about yourself that make it difficult to accomplish your goals, or you feel like your mind is your own worst enemy when it comes to making healthy lifestyle choices, then this is the class for you!
