This series is a total of 20 sessions starting 04/06/2021 and ending 06/10/2021.
Included is an onboarding class, 18 educational classes, and a graduation class. The class will meet 2 times a week for 10 consecutive weeks.
Class will meet Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-6:30 p.m.
The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) course is a whole-person health program that will help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes. You will learn how to integrate optimal nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction tools into your life.

St. Luke’s McCall invites you to join local experts to hear COVID-19 updates. We will discuss vaccines and current CDC and Central District Health guidelines as more people get vaccinated, including how to safely plan for summer gatherings and events.

Baby Be Safe is a class for expectant parents, parents with children under 3, grandparents, and childcare providers.
This class focuses on how to prevent the most common injuries seen in children and ways to respond in infant and child emergencies.
You will learn about ways to help keep children safe in and out of the home, including car seat safety and safe sleep.
This class is geared for the very busy family who is looking for the basics of childbirth and delivering at St Luke's.
