We offer high quality healthcare services with a focus on family medicine (care for all ages). We diagnose and treat most medical issues, and can coordinate your care when you need a referral to a specialist. Our services include management of acute health issues such as bladder or respiratory infections, abdominal or back pain, cuts, and sprains; chronic health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, depression, and high cholesterol; and preventive care including birth control, pap smears, immunizations, diabetes education, and coordination of appropriate screening tests. We also operate an anticoagulation (blood-thinning) clinic, conduct physicals for school and sports, and offer free vaccines for kids under age 19 through the Idaho Immunization Program.
As a member of the National Health Services Corps, we promise to serve all patients. This means we promise to:
If you are having a life-threatening medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency department or call 911.
If you need other support after hours, please call us first, even when we’re closed! Our clinic has after-hours telephone services available if you have a medical question and aren’t sure if you need an appointment or if you should go to an urgent care or emergency department. Please do not use MyChart messaging for any urgent messages.
