Medication Information

Medication Refills

Please speak with your provider at each visit to make sure your prescriptions are up to date. When you need to refill your prescriptions, you can request them directly through your myChart account, if you have one.

You can also request a refill by contacting your pharmacy, who will then contact your provider’s office for verification and approval. For patient safety, narcotics cannot be refilled outside of office hours. Talk with your provider before your prescription runs out, and please allow 48 hours for refills.

Medication Assistance

If you have questions about your prescriptions, the best place to start is by talking to your primary care provider. They can answer questions about interactions with other medications you may be taking, dosage, and when and how often you should be taking your medicine.

Your doctor can also tell you what to expect once you start taking your medication and any side effects you may experience. And if you do experience severe side effects, they can advise you if you might need a different medication, lower dosage, or to stop altogether.
