Our team is dedicated to providing quality care to every member of our community. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your health care impacts your life.  We offer full spectrum family practice medicine, including:

  • Adult, pediatric, and newborn care
  • Women’s health
  • Physicals, including school and sports physicals
  • Preventive care
  • Management of chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, and skin problems
  • Minor procedures and joint injections

If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

    Biography

    Michele Birch, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about partnering with patients and their families and helping them achieve their healthcare goals in the safety and comfort of their home.

    Michele earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University, master’s in nursing from Loyola University, and her doctorate in nursing from University of Arizona. Her previous work at St Luke’s Mountain View Clinic and St Luke’s Health Partners gives her a unique perspective of the patient experience and she is dedicated to serving the Treasure Valley’s homebound population.

    In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time outdoors, running, hiking, and playing with her dogs.
