At our clinic, we promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your health care impacts your life.  We offer a wide scope of services, whether you need treatment for a specific condition or you’re seeking preventive health and wellness care.

We serve people of all ages through all phases of life, offering annual exams, family planning, immunizations, and more. We diagnose and treat most medical issues, from infections and sprains to diabetes and asthma. If your condition requires a specialist, we can help refer you to the appropriate person.

Our symptom checker offers educational information on various conditions, and provides advice regarding home care or first aid, when appropriate, as well as instructions on when you may need to call your provider, call 911, or go to an emergency department. It also offers dosage tables for common over-the-counter drugs.

The information in our symptom checker is designed with patient safety as the highest priority. Each care guide is reviewed by physicians, specialists and nurses for accuracy.

    Emma Wiese, PA-C is a certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She enjoys the setting of family medicine and treating both acute and chronic conditions as well as the opportunity to educate on preventive medicine. 

    She earned both her bachelor's degree in biomedical science and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University. She is originally from Idaho and enjoys skiing, golfing and camping in her free time.
