St. Luke's Clinic – Family Medicine: Mountain Home

Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including care for children and adults, minor procedures, management of chronic conditions, immunizations, and preventive care and wellness counseling. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.
