St. Luke's Clinic – St. Luke's Family Health: Boise, Hospitality Ln.

Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including wellness exams and physicals, women’s health, newborn and pediatric care, sports medicine, surgical procedures, dermatology, fracture care, orthopedics, allergy testing, bone density screening, and more. We also have on-site lab and X-ray facilities. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

  • Biography

    Branden Florence, PA-C is a physician assistant with experience in urgent care and orthopedics. He is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. 

    Branden earned his bachelor's degree from the College of Idaho and completed his physician assistant training at South University–Tampa. He is a Boise native and played professional baseball for nine years before training as a physician assistant.

  • Family Medicine

    Biography

    Nicole Moses, MD specializes in pediatrics, obesity medicine, and diabetes management. She has a strong interest in patient education and believes that teamwork and cooperation can greatly improve patient outcomes. Dr. Moses enjoys working with her patients to set realistic goals for overall health and works to help them be successful. As a family medicine physician, she strives to achieve patient understanding and disease prevention. 

    Dr. Moses has served as a faculty member for the Adventist Hinsdale Hospital Family Medicine Residency and continues to teach medical students as an associate faculty member at Rosalind Franklin University.

    Biography

    Terry Ribbens, MD enjoys all aspects of family medicine and developing long-term relationships as he cares for an entire family. His areas of interest include evidence-based preventive medicine, sports medicine, treatment of allergy and asthma conditions, and minor office procedures such as mole removal, radiofrequency skin surgery, and joint injections. Dr. Ribbens strives to teach his patients about their health at every visit and guide them in the complex and ever-changing world of medicine.

    Biography

    Mousoomi Sur, MD provides a broad range of family care services including pediatrics, adolescent care, adult medicine, and geriatrics. She has a particular interest in women's health issues with an emphasis on preventive healthcare. In addition to routine comprehensive female wellness exams, she offers hormone replacement therapy, contraceptive advice, heart disease prevention, and osteoporosis treatment. She is a certified clinical densitometrist with expertise and training in bone density scanning for screening and management of osteoporosis.

    Dr. Sur graduated from medical school in India, where she practiced before moving to the United States.
