The Boise Monthly Sports Medicine Conferences provide continuing education for ATs, PTs, RNs, PAs, FNPs, and physicians who have an interest in or provide medical coverage for athletes. A strict emphasis is placed on evidence-based approaches to care and management of these patients. There is no fee for attendance of the monthly sports medicine conference series.
The conference is accredited by the Ada Canyon Medical Education Consortium. BOC EBP credits are offered to ATs. PTs and RNs can also obtain continuing education credits from their respective governing bodies. CME/CEU are provided at one (1) contact hour per conference.
The Monthly Conference series is sponsored by St Luke’s Sports Medicine through faculty and staffing resources. Conferences will generally be held on the second Thursday of each month, 7:00-8:00 a.m., January through December, with a break during the summer months; June, July, and August. To protect the health of our participants, conferences are held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
