New Patient Welcome Visit Access Steps

  1. Log into MyChart. You can access On-Demand Virtual Care by either,

    1. Selecting “OnDemand Virtual Care” from the main menu
    2. Selecting “Start Virtual Visit” on the Home Page 
    3. Selecting “OnDemand Virtual Care” from the Schedule an Appointment page.

  1. Confirm which state you live in; you can only be seen by a provider licensed in your state.

  1. Select "New Patient Welcome Visit" as your reason for visit.

  1. Click “Test hardware.”
Test your equipment

  1. Next, you will see an estimated wait time. Click “Put me in line.”

  1. Type any details you'd like to ensure you're able to discuss with the provider and click “Schedule.”
Schedule a New Patient Welcome Visit

  1. Complete eCheck-In steps and select Join Video Visit when you receive a notification the provider is ready for you.  The type of notification you get will depend on the preference you selected when you scheduled your visit.
