Our care team is made up of psychiatrists and mental health therapists that are trained to provide compassionate psychiatric and behavioral health care services.
We provide a full spectrum of psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults and families with varying diagnoses, including but not limited to: depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, oppositional defiance disorder (ODD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), psychosis, dual diagnosis, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Currently St. Luke’s does not offer dedicated substance use treatment, so we may refer you to community resources that specialize in this kind of treatment.

Lori Bennett, MD provides confidential, evidence-based, trauma-informed care for adults with a wide range of mental health problems including addiction. She is especially interested in improving access to psychiatric and addiction treatment in rural areas with aim toward decreasing stigma, improving lives of those affected by mental illness and addiction, and preventing death by suicide and/or overdose. She is board certified in psychiatry and addiction psychiatry and a doctorate in neuroscience.
Dr. Bennett left her home outside of Nashville, Tennessee to pursue her education, and after completing her medical residency, practiced as an inpatient psychiatrist, followed by becoming the unit chief of the dual diagnosis unit at Bellevue Hospital Center in Manhattan, New York. After more than 20 years in New York, she wanted to live in a place with more outdoor spaces and smaller crowds, eventually landing in Lewiston, Idaho where she cared for inpatients as St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Bennett is excited about living and practicing in McCall. In her free time, she and her partner enjoy spending time with their dogs and cats, and they all love the outdoors and recreational activities on the water.
