We will discuss the science behind plant-based eating, pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes-and if reversal is possible. You will learn about the three essential "ingredients" to reducing insulin resistance and achieving better blood sugars. 

You will also receive a five-day meal plan guide with directions on how to get started.
