E-Visits allow established patients of St. Luke's primary care or on-demand virtual care to submit a questionnaire about a health concern and receive a response from one of our providers within one business day. This service is available to adults for issues regarding sinus symptoms, COVID-19, pink eye, diarrhea, heartburn, birth control, or yeast infection. We can also manage pink eye in children. You'll also have the ability to send photos or videos if needed for your provider to review. The provider will offer medical advice for at-home care or let you know if you should schedule an appointment for treatment.

How to Begin an E-Visit
- Log in to your MyChart account.
- Select E-Visit from the Main Menu or select Send a Message, then Start E-Visit and follow the prompts.
