Description

The insomnia education class is designed to review how insomnia develops, persists over time, and is treated. 

The class provides an overview of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and explains how individuals may adapt these strategies to use on their own. This class is appropriate for anyone referred for treatment of insomnia or individuals that would like to learn more about insomnia and how to treat it. 

This class is taught by a behavioral health specialist.
