Robert Butler, FNP-C specializes in the management of ear, nose, and throat disorders. He and enjoys working with patients to reach their health care goals.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Governor’s University and his master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Walden University.
Marcos Daccarett, MD, MSc, FACC, FAHA, FHRS is a cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist who specializes in atrial fibrillation, catheter ablation, and cardiac rhythm device therapy. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association. He is a diplomate in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Daccarett also collaborates with St. Luke's sleep medicine providers on surgery for patients who may be candidates for the Remede® implant system for central sleep apnea.
Scott G. Erpelding, MD treats all aspects of adult urology, and has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of men's health issues, including erectile dysfunction, BPH (enlarged prostate), and reconstructive urology. He has additional training in penile implants and artificial urinary sphincters.
He is skilled in da Vinci® robotic surgery for BPH, urologic malignancies, and reconstructive urology, and uses both percutaneous and ureteroscopic approaches for the management of kidney stones.
Robert C. Jensen, Au.D. specializes in comprehensive hearing evaluation, dizzy and balance disorder evaluation, tinnitus evaluation, and digital hearing aid fitting and programming for all ages. He has a passion for helping his patients overcome the difficulties that a hearing loss or balance disorder may be causing in their lives. He enjoys learning about new hearing aid technology and figuring out how it can work best for his patients' needs. He also enjoys assisting the physicians he works with in the diagnosis and treatment of ear disorders.
Dr. Jensen received both his bachelor's degree in anthropology and his doctorate of audiology from the University of Utah. While completing his doctorate, he had the privilege of working in a variety of environments, giving him a wide range of experience in audiology.
Mary C. Konneker, Au.D. CCC-A specializes in evoked potentials, diagnostics, and amplification for pediatrics. She enjoys working with children of all ages, and helping them reach their full potential and more.
Dr. Konneker received both her bachelor's degree in speech language pathology and her doctor of audiology from Illinois State University. While completing her doctorate, she obtained an additional certification as a listening and spoken language professional, working on aural (re)habilitation with the birth to age 3 population.
C. Blaise Larson, FNP-BC has always been enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their best possible quality of life. He specializes in managing allergies and other ear, nose, and throat (ENT) problems.
Blaise earned his bachelor's degree in nursing from Idaho State University, and his masters degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Indiana State University.
David D Laxson, MD, FACC, FAHA has clinical interests in preventive cardiology; the diagnosis, management, and treatment of cardiovascular conditions; and in interventional cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.
Russell Mayes, DO, FAO-CO is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He treats both children and adults for many disorders involving the ears, nose, and throat (ENT). His main areas of focus include sinus and allergy disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and head and neck cancer. He also sees patients with problems involving the tonsils, ear infections, hoarseness, and hearing loss.
Skylar M. McSorley, AuD, CCC-A has professional interests in vestibular diagnostics and rehabilitation, auditory implant technology, evoked potentials, central auditory processing, tinnitus evaluation, and medical audiology. She enjoys working with patients and their families to improve their communication abilities and quality of life.
Skylar earned her bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing science at the University of Iowa and her doctorate of audiology at the University of Memphis. She completed her doctoral fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She has research experience in multiple areas including hearing aid outcome measures, listening effort, and speech perception testing for Spanish speakers.
Klaas H. Vanden Beld, NP is a board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in wound care. Klaas is a certified wound care specialist (CWS), caring for all wound types.
Klaas earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Athabasca University in Canada. He has nursing and wound care experience in both Canada and the United States.
