Our teen dialectical behavior therapy group (DBT) is 25 weeks designed to help your teen reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders.
This group is for teens from 14-18 years. We meet Wednesdays from 4-5 p.m.
Adolescents must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
