St. Luke’s Sports Medicine physicians and athletic trainers are committed to providing the highest level of sports medicine and orthopedic care to schools and communities in southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon. With the continued growth in requests for athletic training services, we’ve developed an application process to address community needs in a timely manner. Through this process, we identify community needs of highest priority to ensure we’re able to provide the highest level of care and support possible.
One-Time Event Medical Coverage
There are four application periods (one per quarter) throughout the year for one-time event medical coverage. Deadlines for each application period are as follows:
- January 1 (February 1 announcement of application acceptance)
- April 1 (May 1 announcement of application acceptance)
- July 1 (August 1 announcement of application acceptance)
- October 1 (November 1 announcement of application acceptance)

Sponsorship Support
There is one application period per year for sponsorship support. See deadline below:
- Applications may be submitted annually beginning on February 1. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on May 31.
