This eight-week, in-person group is designed to support new mothers’ mental health and well-being. The group provides a safe space for mothers to share their experiences and learn from each other, with a focus on symptom management, coping strategies and peer support. You will:
We'll meet Thursdays from 1:30-3 p.m. in the Chestnut Room at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center.
The group is open to mothers over the age of 18 who are currently pregnant or post-delivery, with babies up to 12 months old. Babies are welcome in the group.
Those interested in joining will need a referral from their provider and to meet with a clinician to complete an intake appointment prior to starting the group.
Cost depends on insurance. Materials are provided for free.
