Adult Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Treatment Group

Description

This 8-week virtual group for adults will help you work toward symptom reduction in a supportive and structured environment while connecting with others who also live with OCD.

  • Participate in weekly exposures
  • Develop and refine strategies to manage OCD
  • Create a supportive community of people who experience OCD
  • Promote self-reliance and confidence in managing OCD

Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Registration

Cost will depend on insurance. Materials will be provided at no cost.
