This is a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) group designed to treat a wide range of concerns, such as personality disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, and eating disorders.

Mondays from 10-11:30 a.m.
Group 1 (13 weeks): Tuesdays from 1-2:30 p.m.
Group 2 (24 weeks): Wednesdays from 1-2:30 p.m.
