Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group

Description

This is a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) group designed to treat a wide range of concerns, such as personality disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, and eating disorders.

DBT is an approach that aims to help you build a life worth living.

  • Develop skills to cope with and regulate emotions
  • Build your tolerance to handle distressing emotions
  • Learn effective strategies to build strong relationships
  • Practice mindfulness

In-person

Mondays from 10-11:30 a.m.

Virtual

Group 1 (13 weeks): Tuesdays from 1-2:30 p.m.

Group 2 (24 weeks): Wednesdays from 1-2:30 p.m.
