About Sara J. Smith

Biography

Sara Smith, NP is a board certified adult-geriatric nurse practitioner. She has worked for St. Luke’s in the Boise emergency department as a registered nurse, and has cared for a complex patient population in the internal medicine and geriatric outpatient clinic. She is very excited to learn and grow as a provider and be a part of the St. Luke’s hospitalist team. Sara earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees at Boise State University and is passionate about patient-centered care.
