About Patricia A. Billings
Biography
Patricia Billings, NP, MPH is board certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has served on the board of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and on the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Prior to her work with St. Luke's CARES, she served patients as a pediatric nurse practitioner in general pediatrics for more than thirty years.
Patricia attended nursing school at Loma Linda University, where she earned her bachelor's degree as a registered nurse and a master's degree in public health. She graduated from the pediatric nurse practitioner program at the University of San Diego School of Medicine.
