Please speak with your provider at each visit to make sure your prescriptions are up to date. When you need to refill your prescriptions, you can request them directly through your myChart account, if you have one.
You can also request a refill by contacting your pharmacy, who will then contact our office for verification and approval. If a prior authorization is needed, please allow up to 10 business days. If you have questions, please call the clinic at (208) 381-7092.
