Adult Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Group

This 12-week program is an acceptance and commitment therapy group designed to treat a wide range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

ACT is an approach that combines mindfulness and acceptance strategies with value-driven behavior change.

  • Learn to improve self-talk
  • Practice detangling from thoughts and emotions
  • Increase acceptance in your life
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Identify personal values and learn how to work towards them
  • Discuss commitment and goal setting

This program is for adults struggling with low self-esteem, self-destructive thoughts, limiting beliefs, or social difficulties.

We'll meet Wednesdays from 10-11:30 a.m.

Cost is dependent on insurance. Materials are provided free of charge.
