Talk with your provider at each visit to be sure your prescriptions are up to date. For refills, contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will then contact our office for verification and approval. Talk with your provider before your prescription runs out, and please allow 48 hours for refills.

Refills on controlled substances cannot be called in, mailed, or faxed to your pharmacy. These must be picked up at our office during our regular business hours or can be mailed to your VERIFIED home address. We are able to give you three consecutive month refills at a time for you to take to your pharmacy.
