Description

This class explores the clinically proven benefits of reflexology, designed for individuals impacted by cancer—both survivors and caregivers. Participants will learn reflexology techniques to support their own self-care and for caregivers to provide relaxation and comfort to loved ones. Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure to reflex points on the hands or feet, helping to relax the nervous system and promote optimal body function. Wear comfortable clothing for this interactive and supportive experience. Pre-registration required. This class is available in-person only.
