Description

This puberty class is a four-week series for kids ages 9-12 and their parents. Puberty is a time of change for kids - and parents!

This course (separate for females and males) provides a comprehensive overview of all bodily changes and emotional ups and downs that accompany early adolescence.

Topics include:

  • anatomy and physiology of both females and males;
  • relationships with parents or guardians and friends;
  • conception, pregnancy and birth;
  • body image and self-esteem;
  • social media, mental health, and a parent's/guardians only segment about beyond puberty.

Experts in adolescent health address your child's concerns, including factual responses to questions about the opposite sex.

Child must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or authorized adult.
