Our diabetes self-management training program can help improve your quality of life whether you have been newly diagnosed with the condition or have been living with it for years.

Classes include discussions with question-and-answer sessions, oral and written materials, and informational pamphlets.
A registered nurse and a registered dietitian, both certified diabetes educators, teach our classes. Interpreter services will be provided to fill anyone's need.
You need a referral from your physician to enroll. Educational sessions are scheduled by appointment only, and we will provide reports to your doctor. Your insurance may cover this plan; for example, Medicare and Medicaid plans cover diabetes education, along with many private plans. Check with your insurer to see if you are covered.
