Mini Joys Outreach Program Comes to St. Luke’s Boise

By Sydney Butler, News and Community
July 6, 2016

Patients, visitors and families from St. Luke’s Children’s hospital enjoyed an afternoon visit from miniature therapy horses when the Mini Joys outreach program came to the downtown campus on June 23.

The gentle, comforting therapy horses visit the hospital each year and are a favorite attraction for young patients. This year, therapy horses Levi and Sophie were on hand to greet children and families at the Bannock Plaza.
