St. Luke’s and SelectHealth are partnering to offer free health screenings at the FitOne Expo!

Part of being fit for life means knowing your screening numbers and setting achievable goals for maintaining and improving your overall health. St. Luke’s and SelectHealth are pleased to offer free screenings to our community. 

Screenings will be offered: Thursday, September 18, 4-9 p.m. and Friday, September 19, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. At the FitOne Expo at the Boise Centre 850 Front Street in downtown Boise

No registration is required.

Screenings include:

  • Blood glucose (You must fast for two hours before the screening. Drinking water is fine.)
  • Blood pressure
  • Function movement screening (FMS) – squat
  • Cancer prevention
  • BMI (Body Mass Index) and waist circumference
  • Health improvement goals guided by a certified health coach
