Communication Preferences

You always have the ability to update your preferences around how St. Luke's sends you information. You may either call us for support at (208) 381-9000 or log in to MyChart to adjust your communication preferences on your own.

How to Update Your Communication Preferences

Once logged in to MyChart, select Communication Preferences under the Account Settings section of the main menu.

You will be able to set up or adjust how you'd like us to communicate with you by activating or deactivating the toggle switches under General settings. Then in the Details column, you can identify which types of messages you'd like to receive by phone, text, email, etc. Once you've made your selections, select "Save changes."

Subscribe to Receive Text Messages

If you wish to be contacted by text regarding St. Luke's information, you will need to verify your phone number. Here's how:

  • Log in to MyChart. Under Communication Preferences, ensure "Text message" is activated.
    • If you have never verified your number before, please click "Verify" to send a code to your mobile phone.
    • Enter that code on the Verification screen in MyChart and choose which types of text messages you'd like to receive.

Once your phone number is verified, please select "Subscribe."
