To ensure our plan complies with plan eligibility rules and federal regulations, we require documentation of eligibility for enrolled dependents (spouse and children).

Paid Time Off

Paid time off (PTO) is to be used for vacation, holidays, and short-term illness or injury. One year full-time accrual is 184 hours (23 days). Accrual for part-time employees is pro-rated based on actual hours worked. Accrual increases after four and nine years of employment. Maximum accrual is 240 hours.

Extended Sick Leave

Hours accrue at the rate of 64 per year for full-time employees in this income protection program, which works as a bridge between PTO and long-term disability insurance. Maximum accrual is 520 hours.
