About Jonathan V. Giles

Biography

Jonathan V. Giles, MD, FACS specializes in advanced laparoscopic, oncologic (cancer), hernia repair, and endocrine surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member and Fellow of the Southwest Surgical Congress.

Dr. Giles earned his bachelor's degree in physiology from the University of California at Davis and his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. He completed his general surgery residency and internship at the University of Utah and Affiliated Hospitals, and served three years of active duty as a U.S. Air Force surgeon with the 366th Wing Hospital, Mountain Home Air Force Base.
