PACE Program

Partnering to Achieve Clinical Excellence (PACE) is an Idaho-based leadership program that engages teams of physicians and others from clinical and operational areas in the art and science of performance and quality improvement. Nationally known health care leaders and quality improvement experts teach various methods that benefit patients and implement cutting-edge, evidence-based practices.

This four-month program will be held in Sun Valley at the Sun Valley Lodge where you and your team will select an improvement project and develop practical skills and models to solve problems, enhance care, and lead through change.

St. Luke's team members, including physicians and leaders, have attended a similar program at Salem Health's Physician Leadership Institute in Oregon, resulting in improvement projects we now use as standard practice in our health system.
