Learn CPR

Watch this hands-only CPR demonstration video and be prepared to lend your hands and save a life.

Call, Push, Save

Cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in the U.S. It can happen to anyone at any time without warning. Nearly 92% of victims die before reaching a hospital, but effective bystander CPR can double or triple a victim's chance of survival. Unfortunately only 32% of cardiac arrest victims receive CPR from a bystander. Together we can change these statistics.

Know the steps—the life you save with hands-only CPR will most likely be someone you love.

Lend your hands—save a life

Know the Steps

If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse, act fast. Don’t be afraid. Your actions can only help.

  • Call 911.
  • If an automated external defibrillator (AED) is available, turn it on and follow the instructions.
  • If there’s no AED, begin Hands-Only CPR:
    • Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
    • Keep the beat at 100 beats per minute.
    • Keep pushing until help arrives.
