Description

This 60-minute class will help participants understand what self-care can looks like. Did you know that complaining impacts how your brain wires itself? Understand what negative bias is and how to combat it. Learn different types of positive emotions, ways to incorporate them into your life and tools to help brighten your outlook. When we take time to incorporate these skills and concepts in our lives, stress decreases and quality of life increases! This class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker.
