ALERT

Due to the overwhelming surge in COVID-19 cases and the strain it has placed on health care capacity in the communities we serve, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare has activated crisis standards of care statewide. We are open and available to see patients, but you may experience delays at our ERs, hospitals, and clinics. We appreciate your patience. Access more info on COVID testing, vaccination, visitor policy, hospitalization data, and FAQs.

Heart Health and Rehabilitation

If you have heart or vascular disease, talk with your healthcare provider about cardiovascular rehabilitation. Our goal is to stabilize, slow, or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease. In doing so, we can improve your quality of life, reduce risk factors, and create a sense of well-being and optimism about the future. Most of our clients have had a heart attack, undergone coronary bypass surgery, valve replacements, catheter-based interventions, or have heart failure. We also offer pulmonary rehabilitation programs for people with chronic lung diseases like COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), emphysema, interstitial lung disease, or chronic bronchitis.
