Robert Butler, FNP-C specializes in the management of ear, nose, and throat disorders. He and enjoys working with patients to reach their health care goals.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Governor’s University and his master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Walden University.
James Crawford, MD is a board certified neurotologist. He served in the U.S. Army for 24 years and was an associate professor of surgery at the Uniformed Services University as well as director of the Otolaryngology Residency Program at Madigan Army Medical Center. Dr. Crawford has been active in hearing research, including research on cochlear implants and other middle ear implantable devices, and has lectured nationally and internationally.
Originally from Boise, Dr. Crawford graduated from Capital High School before attending Brigham Young University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling, snow skiing, water skiing, fishing, hiking, and playing tennis and golf.
Eric Garner, MD specializes in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Prior to his medical education, Dr. Garner earned his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Peter Killian, MD specializes in the treatment of chronic sinus disease.
Dr. Killian completed his undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University. He received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed an otolaryngology residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA. After resigning honorably as a full Navy Commander, Dr. Killian completed a fellowship in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery at the California Sinus Centers.
C. Blaise Larson, FNP-BC has always been enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their best possible quality of life. He specializes in managing allergies and other ear, nose, and throat (ENT) problems.
Blaise earned his bachelor's degree in nursing from Idaho State University, and his masters degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Indiana State University.
Russell Mayes, DO, FAO-CO is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He treats both children and adults for many disorders involving the ears, nose, and throat (ENT). His main areas of focus include sinus and allergy disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and head and neck cancer. He also sees patients with problems involving the tonsils, ear infections, hoarseness, and hearing loss.
Matthew Mors, DO treats patients of all ages. His practice focuses on the conservative and surgical treatment of sinusitis, nasal polyposis, nasal obstruction, chronic ear infections, hearing loss, voice disorders, and disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, and salivary glands. He is board certified by AOBOO-HNS.
Dr. Mors is originally from Boise and graduated from Capital High School in 2003. Prior to his medical education, he earned his bachelor's degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University. He enjoys being a husband and father, serving in the community, and enjoying all the outdoor sports Idaho has to offer.
Kylan Peterson, DO is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He sees patients of all ages for diseases of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT). His practice includes hearing and balance disorders, sinus diseases, cancer, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, ear infections, tonsil problems, hoarseness, voice disturbances, and allergies. Dr. Peterson has a special interest in medical and surgical treatment of ear-related diseases.
Alexander Rock, MD is a general otolaryngologist interested in surgical treatments for sleep apnea, nasal and sinus surgery, otology, voice disorders, salivary gland tumors, and head and neck cancer.
Dr. Rock grew up in Salt Lake City and completed his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in business at the University of Utah. Prior to his medical education, he took several years off from school to pursue his interest in cycling.

Ryan Van De Graaff, MD specializes in otology and laryngology.
Dr. Van De Graaff earned an undergraduate degree in zoology with a minor in German literature from Brigham Young University.

Eric Wilkinson, MD has extensive clinical and research experience with cochlear implants (CI) and auditory brainstem implants (ABI) in adults and children. He is double board certified in otolaryngology (ENT) and otology/neurotology, which is the medical and surgical management of ears, hearing, balance, skull base tumors such as acoustic neuroma, and the facial nerve.
Dr. Wilkinson is a recognized expert in auditory implants and endoscopic ear surgery and performs minimally invasive techniques when possible. In addition to ear surgery, he has extensive experience with endonasal surgery to improve both nasal breathing and Eustachian tube function. Dr. Wilkinson performs surgery to improve nasal function and structure using minimal incision techniques.
