Joseph Williams, MD, CPI treats men, women, and children. He is medical director of Surgery Center of Idaho, and is also a certified primary investigator with the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the Idaho Medical Association, and a diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Williams has served as a board member on the Idaho State Board of Medicine; past president of the board of directors of the Ada County Medical Society; and a director of the Idaho Physicians Network. He is currently president-elect of the board of the Idaho Medical Association, and is an assistant professor of urology at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Williams was born in Idaho and raised in the southeastern U.S. A decorated Naval veteran in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield, Dr. Williams served ten years in the U.S. Navy. He is a former Boy Scout leader and volunteer for the Boise School District. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, skiing, and running with his family and friends.
