Michael D. White, PA-C

Michael is a board certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boise State University and master’s degree from the University of Oregon. He is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University of Physician Assistant Studies program.
