  • Horrible doctor. The pain I was in and he was almost standing and he was annoyed and in a rush. I did not feel like he wanted to help me. I was there only a couple min. His hurry up and short answers were apparent. I left and found another doctor.

  • My experience at this practice left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and unsupported at a time when I needed clear communication and basic understanding. I sought short term documentation to help me function at work while managing ongoing urinary symptoms. Instead of being met with empathy or problem solving, I was met with a response that minimized my concerns and showed little regard for the real impact these symptoms have on daily life. The lack of acknowledgment of my circumstances, combined with the unwillingness to provide reasonable short term support, made it clear that this practice does not prioritize patient autonomy or patient experience. I left feeling that my needs were secondary and that my perspective was not respected. Because of this, I have chosen to leave this practice entirely. There are many urology providers in the community who take the time to listen, understand, and work with their patients. I would strongly encourage others to make sure the provider they choose values communication, empathy, and patient centered care.

  • Dr Verlage was very impressive. Excellent communicator. Really took the time to figure out what is going on.
