About Melinda N. Taylor


Melinda N. Taylor, BA, BSN, MSN, FNP-C works in medical hematology and oncology. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society with Oncology Certified Nurse recognition. Her nursing background includes orthopedic surgery, inpatient medical-surgical care, clinical trial research, and oncology. 

Melinda earned bachelor's degrees from both Boise State University and Ohio University. She earned her master's degree from Xavier University. Melinda presented a poster abstract on earlier palliative care integration in oncology settings at the 2019 Oncology Nursing Society national conference. She’s also represented the Oncology Nursing Society in advocacy for cancer patients at the United States Congress.
