Michelle Stoddard, PA-C is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants focusing in orthopedics.
Michelle began working in healthcare at an early age, volunteering in the hospital weekly throughout high school. She later became an EMT and worked in the emergency department. While working as an EMT, she earned a bachelor's degree in health science with an emphasis in public health from Brigham Young University - Idaho. During her undergraduate studies, she shadowed orthopedics providers, which sparked her interest in that specialty. Michelle earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies at Heritage University, completing a rotation in orthopedic surgery and graduating at the top of her class. She then spent two years working in family medicine, solidifying her general skills as an advance practice provider, prior to specializing in orthopedics.
Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys working on a hobby farm with her husband. Together, they raise all their own meat and enjoy tending to the land and animals. They also like to spend time together outdoors: riding horses, camping, hiking, skiing, white-water rafting, and riding ATVs.
