  • Dr. Smith did an excellent job explaining everything. It was nice to have a provider take the time to listen and understand what is going on with me and validate my issues. He also understood my line of work (trauma therapy) and likened my migraines to what I do for a living which made it relatable.

  • Dr Smith stopped and listened carefully when I asked questions, then answered them to the best of his ability with the information at hand. I really appreciated this.

  • I saw this care provider once with another family member and then for my own visit today. Both times he seemed aloof and rather dismissive. He also made comments in both visits when asked neurological questions ""I'm just the headache guy. He needs to work on his bedside manner and patient communication skills. His knowledge of migraine headache is excellent, but gets overshadowed by these issues
