About Michael A. Parker, NP

Michael Parker, FNP-BC specializes in managing medically refractory headaches, seizures and non-disabling stroke patients. He has experience in family medicine, psychiatric medicine, and in treating hospitalized patients. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Originally from Idaho, Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Boise State University. He earned his master’s degree at Gonzaga University.

  • I really enjoy seeing Michael. He is friendly, personable, and shows he is truly concerned about me as a patient. And not just medically, but asks what’s going on as far as upcoming travel, what’s going on with the family, etc. There’s just something about seeing an NP or a PA) versus a doctor. They seem to have more time, not in a hurry. And that’s my experience with Michael Parker. I’ll definitely keep seeing him as long as he’s in neurology at St. Luke’s!
